Keep On Sowing The Seed

$14.99

Matthew 13:1-9, 13-23

We who believe in God and Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior have our unique stories of how we came to faith. One or perhaps several sowers spread the seed of God’s Word in the soil of our lives, and this is why we are who we are today. For some of us and others, the kind of soil we were at one time in our lives may have changed over time and the word took root later in life. We have to be thankful that the sowing didn’t stop over time and that family, friends, pastors, or others kept on planting. Even what appears to be unproductive soil can yield growth if the sower keeps on sowing the seed. The parable raises implications for us today as share the word of God. We need to be willing to take risks and get out of our comfort zones. We are to share our faith and plant God seeds even in the most unlikely places, even when it seems like soil that won’t yield a harvest. We can never underestimate the work of God. Keep on sowing the seed and you will be amazed at what happens.
