John 14:15-21
Jesus told his disciples to keep his commands. He brought them comforting news of the Holy Spirit, another advocate, who would be their helper and guide them into truth. As Jesus was preparing the disciples for his death, resurrection, and ascension, He assures them that they would not be left alone on this Earth to fend for themselves. Because of God’s eternal love for those who love Him, we will someday be in Heaven with Him.
