Matthew 4:1-11
We have all experienced some extremes in our lives. There have been times when we are exceedingly happy or deeply sad and distressed. We have been stuffed after a great meal or find ourselves close to starving and weak from sickness. You have experienced times of great temptation and other moments of righteous clarity. Today we follow Jesus to the edge of physical and mental exhaustion while the Devil comes directly at Him. Jesus remains perfectly faithful to His Father’s will and continues the path towards gaining our salvation.
