Luke 24:13-35
Did not our hearts burn within us while he talked to us on the road, while he opened to us the Scriptures? said the disciples after the resurrected Jesus appeared to them. When we interact with Jesus, our hearts react! We all have those memorable times when we felt the special presence of God, when our emotions were set off in worship. This happens every time we encounter Christ, we just dont always realize it because of our sin. May you come into worship forgiven and free so that your heart may burn in response to Jesus.
