There are many Messianic prophecies scattered throughout verses of the Old Testament, and then there are entire passages which seem to describe the crucifixion down to the last detail. How could this be, when crucifixion was not even used by the Romans when these prophecies were recorded? It all points to an all-seeing, all-powerful, ever-present author who was motivated by one thing – His love for us.
